Eligibility - Open to all active Psi Beta
student members and active Psi Beta chapters

Award - $100 and a certificate of
recognition in each category.

Category
- There are now 2 categories in which to enter:
Individual Community Service Award - any student can apply
Chapter Community Service Award - for which the chapter must
apply

Requirements for Selection - A letter of
recommendation from faculty sponsor A 100-word written description
of an outstanding community service project established and/or
implemented by the applicant -- either an active Psi Beta member or
the Psi Beta chapter.

Cover Sheet - Name of applicant, college
name and address, home address and telephone number, data of
induction into Psi Beta, and the exact name under which applicant
was registered at the Psi Beta national office.

Deadline
- All materials must be received by the faculty advisor. The advisor
should send entry, to the address below.
Entry must
be received by June 15th, regardless of postmark.
